Persistence of Vision
You may remember the 10 second club and how it disappeared suddenly one day. Well a student over in the wonderful Animation Mentor community has started a new project to help revive this type of challenge. Called Persistence of Vision, it’s a 10 second animation challenge. A new clip will be given every month and you animate to it however you like over the course of a month. This month’s prize is The Animator’s Survival Kit book - an excellent resource for any animator. The first deadline is extended as this gets going (and because us AMers are in crunch time for the end of this term!). Anyone can join so go check it out over here!
