After two weeks of tons of rain, it finally looked like a good day to head up the canyons for a little hike. We headed up to Donut Falls in Big Cottonwood Canyon and made it to the base of the Falls with clear blue skies. And then suddenly it was a torrential downpour, complete with lightning, thunder, and hail. But nonetheless a brilliant day.
